PRIME Group is seeking a Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team.

Requirements:

  • at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • knowledge of business processes design principles
  • proficiency in elaborative questions phrasing in order to obtain more detailed information from employees
  • interviewing skills to identify requirements
  • competence in information analysis and structuring; know-how to define bottlenecks in business processes
  • capable of generating new solutions
  • result-oriented
  • computer literacy: MS Visio
  • experience with business process modeling with BPMN is a plus
  • experience with Terrasoft / bpm’online is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • gathering and systematization of employees requirements in order to describe business processes and to implement the CRM system
  • description of current and expected business processes (text description)
  • currently valid business processes effectiveness analysis
  • initiation of changes and business processes improvement management
  • documentation and modeling of business processes that require improvement
  • preparation of business requirements with regards to business processes improvement for IT Department
  • addressing employees with regards to the standards and tools for business processes improvement
  • examination of pertinent departmental initiatives in order to identify the appropriateness
  • participation in business processes improvement as a Process Expert
